he scored a KO in his last fight lol...but i agree..dude has been in these opening fights stages long enough..its time to step up his comp
I watched it last week. That dude's entire body buckled.
But yeah... He's 20 plus fights deep. Need to get him in there with a live body.

......said he's no longer interested in jermell at 154 cause he's being stripped. So he wants the winner of Charlo/canelo at 168.
Said if he beats canelo he's finished for good. This fight would do well over 2 million buys. shyt would be EPIC. Love canelo but I would be rooting for bud. And I believe he wins. Nothing else excites bud. When you're in a mega fight like bud was just in you wanna keep chasing that rush. He probably couldn't get motivated for anything less anymore. I would rather him still get undisputed at 154 first. But I understand why he wants to make that leap. Dude wants to leave the sport doing something crazy. It's what makes him different.
Say what you want about Canelo but dude is a legend. As long as the money is right, he will always be the man to fight between 147 and 175.
Not saying he's the best but his name matters more than anyone in those classes right now.

Definitely not suicide. Y'all still don't get how special bud is. And canelo is not the same. 5 years ago for sure. But canelo is ripe for the taking. But I'll wait and see how he looks vs jermell first. Maybe he really has another great run in him. Obviously this is gonna be walking a tight rope for bud. But if anybody can do it it's him. His foot and handspeed. Combined with his cardio. He's giving canelo serious problems. Come in around 163 to keep his speed up.
Regardless this fight would be historic. Can't hate on bud for wanting it. Great fighters live for these matchups. It's what they dream of. And if he loses there's no shame in it.

Yea even hearing bud talk him. Saying besides him, canelo is the best of their era. It's just them two. Nobody ever thought a matchup would be possible. Of course this can go all wrong for bud. But that's why you gotta respect him for wanting that risk. Dude is just different. These are the types of fights boxing needs. For that night nothing else in the world matters. It's beyond Superbowl status.
