I think the stars are gonna align for
Devin/Teo/Ryan/Some Wild card to all unify towards 1 undisputed and that person is who Shakur challenges when he moves up.
With the year PBC pulled off they could legit sign Ryan/Teo/and Devin but I assume Ryan and Teo are gonna be in legal purgatory soon if not already
