I lost money on this fight..I put money on Oscar ko'ing him...Oscar was supposed to fight Margarito but he didn't want those problems so yeah cherry pick

Honestly any neck exercise will fukk up your neck long term...I used to use the neck machine instead which still did some damage

Even the weight harness you see many pros use for the head is dangerous (I don't use it these days), there's just too many nerves in the neck, it's a mine field.
Calisthenic style chin lifts lying down and face up are fine, head turns, bands around head for isoemtric holds, that's all fine, and most appropriate when used consistently, but not aggressively imo.
The most underachieving boxer in the sport. Dude BEEN in position to challenge guys for all the hardware out there and be the most accomplished. Probably never will though. Sad.

only reason my guys head didn't fly off after that Buster Douglas uppercut. He was really taking some brutual shots that night

Oscar wanted da fight with Cotto for match making/event purposes. At that point he was trying to make da biggest fights, And it woulda went down if your boy didn't load his gloves and cheat.
Pacquaio was the next best thing from that perspective. I have no idea why you thought oscar was gonna KO him though lol

He didn't fight margarito because it didn't make the financial sense that him vs cotto or him vs pacquaio made. Margarito was not a draw lol even before he got caught cheating.
I had pacquaio winning mainly because of da weight draining and because Roach was his trainer and he knew Oscar's weaknesses... but i hear what you are saying.
