He's won belts in 3 divisions since 2014. If Oubaali didn't get beat by Donaire, Inoue would've have fought him instead because Oubaali beat Inoue's brother and if Casimero didn't have his issues, it would've been him instead of wack ass Butler.

Inoue has fought like 12 top 10 ranked opponents. Most of y’all favorite fighters haven’t did that so why discredit him and he’s knocking these dudes out. He’s basically been Arthur Beterbiev of the smaller divisions except you just don’t know them.
