The superintendent of my job doesn't talk to the vendors to get material and equipment out here, he has a project manager who does all that. He doesn't directly discipline or lay out the crew either, he has foremans to do that for him. Crawford has no idea what being a boss actually is.

I mean I wouldn't mind if that is the fight Spence took in the meantime until a fight with Crawford could be revisited(hell I'd actually prefer it to a Thurman fight because Spence will beat the piss out of Thurman).
