Went to a Waffle House in south Florida after partying all night … asked for a coke… the waitress brought out a 2liter that was 1/3 filled N poured my cup right in front of me 
I've already said Tank/Garcia will NEVER happen.
In fact, I said Tank vs R. Garcia/Teo/Haney will never happen. Tank is a naturally smaller guy while those guys will continue to grow and march towards 147, which is where the money is. Therefore, it they don't fight NOW, those fights will never happen.
The only hope for boxing fans in the lower divsions is for Tank vs Stevenson to happen. These guys are smaller and should be around the same weight classes for awhile, but you have the whole promoter issue that would prevent this one from happening.
As far as Garcia/Teo/Haney, we probably won't see those three face each other until they're at 147. I'm starting to think these fights won't happen because Ryan and Teo seem kind of scary.

plus breh..look at the fights that were offered on PPV that he mentioned..the main events..the only ones that needed to be on regular HBO was that rahman vs maskaev 2 fight and the mexican glory on paper....mayweather vs baldomir but thats only in hindsight though because the shyt was terrible
