K1 rules/Dutch kickboxing is the second most entertaining combat sport to watch after boxing imo but for some reason it could never become that big in the West. K-1 came closest in its peak days, late 90s to early 00s but otherwise just no.

Strange thing considering how action packed it is usually.
I guess boxing is the main for those focused on stand up and for those who like to watch grappling there’s MMA. Plus kick boxing is even more fragmented than your average combat sport.

A bit surprising to read this though as I thought kick boxing is a lot more popular in Japan than in the West, K-1 used to be huge there

It is, but not as popular as the height of K1 in the early-mid 00s.

Hearn been getting shytted on by everybody lately.

Dude always fumbles the bag and is definitely on some bully shyt. Perfect example is the Taylor/Serrano rematch being killed because this fukk nikka only wants to put it in Ireland saying its only going to sell there. Dude hasn't even had Taylor fight there yet to prove it. Now I could understand if it was on some prime Hatton shyt or even Chisora where they do numbers type shyt, but you trying to experiment and you know Serrano gon have to KO Taylor twice to get a win.

He fumbled a guaranteed big money immediate rematch on some entitled shyt hypothetical shyt. :snoop:

absolute legend...but truthfully he should have not went above 175...never mind taking heavyweight punches...they don't build them like toney anymore

that bum plant had him visit his camp and he was more interested in playing on his phone then learn tricks that would have prevented him from getting bodied like he did :hhh:
