the bad thing is i can think of fighters who fit all 3 that have been a matchroom card :bryan:

1st example Canelo who has not dropped a classic fight on DAZN with GB or Matchroom
2nd example Tevin Farmer..bruh was super active and fulfilled his contract and got his bread...stumbled at the finish line
3rd example - the aforementioned Andrade

Canelo stans - but but but he don't need an Illmatic or Doggystyle, that nikka the biggest name in the game. :youngsabo:

Farmer stans - No other label was gon let him drop all those albums in 2 years. Who cares if the last album was trash. He still made money.

Andrade stans - That nikka can't get big name features because they afraid of him outshining them. :umad:

there you go. :salute:

although truthfully only one of those tevin matchroom fights was trash and that was the one with the frenchman..that was horrid...i still cant believe my good fortune to have been in the house to watch farmer score a win in the distance :russ:

Very interesting listen. He's a network free agent after Parker so the stars might be aligning for that Benavidez fight. Said that even if everyone fights each other, Canelo ain't gonna fight them :ehh:

Also, @ChocolateGiddyUp, he deaded the Luke Keelers of the world narrative :mjlit:

5ths time being a Free agent the charm :banderas:

maybe by the young age of 35 Andrade will finally fight a Former or Current Champion :whew:

Dudes were going crazy after that Ramirez win. shyt wasn't even that impressive. It was really just bud haters tryin to downplay his greatness, like always. Bud would fukkin annihilate Taylor.

:wow: If only Mall would stop "blackcarding" to fight Juan Macias Tito Santana Chavo Guerrero Montiel instead

the amount of ppl caping for mall's performance against dude was just :heh:

dont let montiel get bodied by a lesser fighter..certain ppl will prolly be tagged...again..to explain :russ:

Word
but to be honest, I rather have had Mall's last performance than Taylor's. At least that nikka still won clearly and people still wanna see him in big fights.:manny:

Can't say the same for Taylor. :snoop:

Devon Alexander is Gunning For a Robert Guerrero Showdown

Devon Alexander was very interested in last month's results of the FOX pay-per-view card headlined by Keith Thurman taking on Mario Barrios. Thurman went on to win a dominant unanimous decision at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

On the pay-per-view undercard, Lucas Santamaria (13-2) scored his second upset in a row when he defeated Abel Ramos via unanimous decision to capture the WBC Continental Americas title. In his previous ring appearance, he defeated Alexander, who is a former two-division champion. In 2020 he defeated the then 22-1 Mykal Fox.

Alexander suffered a right biceps injury in the first round of the bout versus Santamaria. The injury has since healed and he is ready to return to action.

“Santamaria pulled off the upset. Congrats to him. I wish I wouldn’t have hurt my bicep in the fight but that’s part of the fight game, said Alexander.

As for who he wants to face next, the St. Louis native would like to square off against former multi-division champion Robert Guerrero in an all southpaw showdown.

The California native was last in action in August on the Manny Pacquiao-Yordenis Ugas undercard. He defeated Victor Ortiz via unanimous decision. He has now won four bouts in a row since retiring in 207 after suffering his third consecutive loss against Omar Figueroa Jr.

“I like Guerrero. He has done a lot for the sport. But me and my coach Stafford would love to get in there with him and see who go on and who hangs them up,” Alexander told BoxingScene.com.

this is what he's been reduced to...looking for a fight with a super faded ghost :unimpressed:
