If it's Canelo's team leaking to Coppinger why leak the purse details? Knowing that he was about to make 40 mil off this fight and there's still hangups isn't going to buy him any goodwill from outsiders.

That makes sense. But yeah, nothing would surprise me. Canelo likes to do things his way (as is his right) and PBC doesn't play well with others sometimes, so I can see a lot of things fukking this up at the end of the day.

here is what i think is going on

while Al and them are cool with a one fight deal, somehow i dont think FOX is..esp if they are going to be coughing up 40 million for a fight thats not really a superfight at all

canelo wants to move as he pleases and not be tied down significantly but then even after he broke away from oscar he signed to Eddie for 2 fights..most likely to get those belts off bjs and yildirim ()

I feel like that Woulda been ironed out a while ago not a 11th hour hang up… especially since weeks ago there was the PBC wants long term commitment hang up … then they got passed it
