Such a beautiful sport
Seems like invalidates whatever he says. There’s reporting from everywhere of this and two people not gone be this mad over it for this long. Also he did similar shyt with Lara. You reap what you sow. Still hope the fight gets made though.Pops Andrade was on Boxing Voice yesterday and once again clarified that there was never an actual fight agreed upon with Mell. Even then, $7 million for a unification and a possible rematch afterwards? Also, they texted Montiel's manager and he said there's no way the fight gets approved by the WBO.
I just wanna see the fight Andrade's like "if I win or lose, let's see who wins". Charlo's keeping the division from being closer to undisputed.
Just checked and he only coming off one loss and actually KOed Helenius the fight beforeWashington still being recycled in the HW pool, dude need to retire. I'm surprised Vito is taking the rematch, dude is in a big spot early in his career.
washington is terrible to watch and he is coming off a one punch KO loss to martin..he's worn down..im not interested in seeing him getting ko'ed on FOX..shyt have him fight charles martin insteadJust checked and he only coming off one loss and actually KOed Helenius the fight before
Imo more up to politics than Charlo but I see your pointPops Andrade was on Boxing Voice yesterday and once again clarified that there was never an actual fight agreed upon with Mell. I don't like the way Charlo is moving but this is silly, there are 4 different belt holders and 2 of them fight on the same network under the same promoter. GGG vs Andrade should have been made, that's an in-house unification fight that should get done. Also, both Andrade and Stephen Espinoza have confirmed that Andrade had a Showtime offer to fight Charlo when his DAZN deal expired. He re-uped with DAZN because, in Andrade's own words, who else would pay him that money to fight the Luke Keelers.Pops Andrade was on Boxing Voice yesterday and once again clarified that there was never an actual fight agreed upon with Mell. Its currently my favorite boxing podcast, they do a great jobDo you guys listen to Shawn Porter's "The Porter Way" weekly podcast? It's really good. I began listening last month. They obviously know their stuff, and break down the fights well without bias.
I was also listening to the "Pug and Copp" podcast with Lance Pugmire and Mike Coppinger, but that's over now that Coppinger is leaving The Athletic. Not sure what his next move is.
