How many times have you rewatched this fight.

In retrospect, has your view of this fight changed at all? Anything different you might take away from it?

ironically watched this yesterday and watched Thurman vs Pac yesterday and gah damn it’s night and day how Pac fought in those fights. Floyd diffused him but Thurman allowed Pc to get comfy too early. It wasn’t until he started changing levels and got his second wind was he able to turn the tide but it was 2 rounds too late.

The Pac-Mayweather fight aged good to me :yeshrug:

In actuality, A LOT of Mayweather big fights have very good replay value except his fight against Ghost

Hearn and AJ dragging their feet about that Usyk fight is a bad look. They want a rematch clause... for a mandatory fight? That's = "we are not sure in ourselves here". Which is surprising cause based on how Usyk has looked at HW so far I'd say AJ beats him and he has had tougher fights already. But it seems like they are not as confident, too much on the line.
If he vacates the belt that's a super bad look.

Facts, Usyk is not the guy you need to be tripping over about fighting if you a fukking heavyweight champion.

I remember once I underrated Usyk, at very early in his career, don't want to make the same mistake again, I just wasn't impressed by his form since he's at HW. Still durable and works a lot but seems slower, blunter than before at 200.
He's ageing, he's had a couple of serious injuries and he's also in a division where most of the guys are naturally bigger than him.
