i wouldnt say he lost EVERY step up fight...i def didnt see this nikka ever becoming champion (thank you devon alexander
) and he put his foot in broner's and danny garcia's behindsthurman and spence fights were too close and could have gone either way...not brook..brook showed he was a level above him

Loma shouldn't be on the list at all. Usyk and Crawford should be in the 5-10 tange. Taylor has a better argument for #2 than Inoue. List is just not good.

Bud was undisputed and is literally flawless at 147. He has literally KO’s everybody he has faced. Hard to not have him high. He has faced who he has faced, not his fault.
Usyk should be completely off of this. In comparison he was undisputed yet has looked shakey to average against below average and average HWs.
If Jermell Charlo doesn’t get elevated (and ranked high) after he beats Castano, something is inherently wrong.
Also, if Top Rank throws one more soft touch to Inoue, he drops a bit. It would be a crime and a shame to have him face 3 soft touches in a row...yet I would not put that past Top Rank.
