I see that hit a nerve
Hats off to them for matching up their guys with each other in divisions like 154 but they don't seek out others to work with. Wilder vs Fury is the one exception I can think of where it wasn't mandated on any ways and there was something at stake for both, but at the same time financially it was worth to both so they did it. Bob Arum being fukked up doesn't excuse that.
They are about to send Tank Davies in a division he don't belong just cause they are lazy to try and work with others since they couldn't get the Farmer fight.
And it's true to all big promoters but I've seen Matchroom, GBP and Top Rank more willingness to work with others
Fights that I remember from the last few years where 2 big promoters working together without it being a mandatory/rematch clause and without any of the fighters would have sent to be an "opponent" to a big fighter
Hooker vs Ramirez
Hooker vs Saucedo
Diaz vs Farmer
Haney vs Linares
Loma vs Linares
Fury vs Wilder 2
Franco vs Moloney 1 and 2
Canelo vs Jacobs
Matchroom - 5
Top Rank - 6
Golden Boy - 6
PBC - 1
Mayyybe AJ vs Ruiz 1 too, though I think Ruiz winning surprised Haymon just as much as almost everyone, that'd make it 6-6-6-2
That doesn't mean PBC is worse than them but in this aspect, it is...
Let's hope though that they will make some fights with other big promoters that make sense
immediately springs to mind:
Fulton/Figs vs MJ Akhmadaliev
Casimero vs Inoue
GRJ vs Navarrete/Can
Charlo vs Canelo/Andrade/Jacobs/
Spence vs Bud
Tank vs Haney/Teo/Ryan/Valdez/Shakur/Loma
Browne vs Beterbiev/Bivol
