I’ve been saying it. Boxing has been BOOMING since about early 2017 and it’s only getting bigger with more lower weight stars being built. Almost every division is loaded with talent. On top of that the FOX and ESPN deals have helped bring it back to the sports mainstream a bit whether we want to admit it or not (note I said sports mainstream not general mainstream).
All of this while being in cruise control with the match making. Imagine if all the proper fights were actually taking place....
Boxing is easily the best sport to watch when its in top gear.
Also, want to add as someone who trains, the amount of options for gloves, equipment etc has damn near 10x’d over the last few years.
There used to only be a handful of known boxing gear brands....with social media that sh!t has exploded. The market is so big now for boxing equipment that there are several popular youtube channels that are dedicated to reviewing boxing equipment only, and they never run out of content.

This Sunny Edwards fight was irritating as fukk 
I mean... good on him for being able to stick to his tactics and win the only way he can but God damn if this wasn't the textbook example of running
I don't think there was a single shot he put power behind during the whole fight, didn't even have that good defense in the pocket, he just... ran around all night so fast that Mthalane couldn't catch up frequently enough. When ppl calling Mayweather a runner what they really think is this shyt.
