Why is Michael Hunter, a top 10 heavyweight from the US still a free agent? Willingly? Cause I'd think promoters would jump at the chance to sign him, a good addition to any HW stable

From what I hear he’s pricing himself out, he’s not the commercial draw to justify the money apparently. I was wondering the same and started asking people within the game and that’s what was consistently being told. At some point his expectations may drop though and he may compromise on the amount or 1 of the promoters will and give him what he wants.
Saw Canelo vs Billy Joe Saunders seems agreed after the Yildirum fight, Canelo seems to be working his way through the champions. If he keeps doing that gonna create 1 hell of a legacy.

correct...canelo finally gave up the WBA middleweight belt..murata was the regular champ at the time so WBA upgraded him so he is the legit WBA middleweight champion now...
WTF fukk, they ain't even trying no more, they could have made him fight someone for the vacant belt.
True..but they've done it before in the past..that's how the likes of Thurman and Lara became legit champs

Oscar just posted on his latest IG story that he's meeting with Bob Arum, wouldn't be suprised if they partner up with Top Rank. I think that GBP fight being on Ring City is a sign that things ain't going well with DAZN, starting to look like Canelo and DAZN worked together to get them dudes out the paint.
