Exactly. I've been saying that Charlo would put Andrade to sleep. Not even just cause Charlo would walk through him but because Charlo is much sharper and compact with his punches. Andrade is goofy as hell. And Charlo proved to me vs chenko that he's got a legit chin and he can go to war if need be. I don't have that same belief in Andrade at all.
Andrade likes to fukk around with opponents who are obviously inferior to his skills, it's not the "he let the opponent hit him" shyt cause he doesn't do that but at somepoints you can see he's just fukking around. Still wins almost all of those rounds too. He has solid power, nothing breathtaking but it's enough to keep em honest. Korobov was keeping Charlo in check from range he ain't a big puncher either.

I see why the criticism toward Boo Boo though he sometimes indeed appear less concentrated than he should be but because he never let it go to a point where it would cost him rounds I tend to think he just does it because he can against those dudes and he will be shaper once the opponent on hand demands it. Fury was viewed as a clown (on a way still :heh:) who was fukking around way too much but then he beat Wlad with that awkward shyt. It happens...
I think win or lose he could give lots of problems to Charlo with his lateral movement, athleticism and awkward angles, so far it seems both Charlos struggle the most when the opponent is a good boxer. If you try to walk him down you better have a GGG/Canelo like chin and/or a Canelo like ability to catch/slip/roll in the pocket and punish.

Thurman and brook are pretty much equal wins to me :yeshrug:........I mean who would win if they were to fight?....That version of Thurman vs that version of brook?....That's a hard one to pick. Neither of them were at their peak, but still top tier. That's about as even of a matchup there can be:manny:

Now that I think about it I'm kinda pissed we didn't see that fight happen :martin:

can't disagree with any of this.

I think if the Liam Williams fight comes off, we'll see a better version of Andrade. Dude is at least more of threat than some of the career mode cats he been facing lately. Plus he wants the fight. Avoided guys should always take dudes who want to fight them serious.

Crawford vs Thurman would be a DAMN good fight, let Bob tell it though nobody would want to see it. :stopitslime:
no it wouldnt crawford would walk thru thurman...

thurman couldnt handle somebody who has been fighting the same fight since 98...past his prime...

crawford finishes thurman in 3

I think every good fighter tends to half ass it when they fight weak opposition. But the elite guys can do it without looking as vulnerable as Andrade. Maybe that's cause he's just not as good as people think he is :yeshrug:

He's obviously very talented. But we still can't ignore the flaws he's shown. One of which being his sloppy footwork. That's why he can be dropped by average fighters. Even when he's not being knocked down he still manages to fall to the ground in every single fight :mjlol:.......ether he's got an extremely weak base or some knee problems. He stays falling over for no reason. And when you punch with him you can catch him coming in. These things could be lethal for him against heavy punchers like Charlo and golovkin. Maybe he could beat golovkin now cause he's slower but I don't think he could survive 12 with Charlo. Either fight will be tough for him if he doesn't fix some of the sloppiness.

Fair enough breh but I think Charlo also showed chinks on his armour like basically everyone else, these are:

- struggling with tracking down lateral movement because of his movement being a bit too linear(Trout, Korobov)
- getting tagged by counters while trying to chase down movers and over reaching with his shots
- got hurt to the body by Derevyanchenko

To the Andrade fight only the first two applies but those really do

Andrade as you said:
- can seem a bit inconsistent in his concentration
- has the kind of chin where he's not hurt but knocked down regardless, you're right, it's kind of weird, like it was with Hassan N'dam N'jikam but not that bad. He was the dude who got knocked down crazy amount of times but seldom was he really hurt. :heh:
