Taylor, Beterbiev, both Charlos, Tanaka, Pac, Fury, AJ, Loma, GGG... can all make a case for the rest 3 places depending on where you approach it from

I’d take off Estrada(Most Overrated fighter in the sport) and Uysk(1 win in 2 years)Who would you take off and why?

Estrada has a pretty good resume... Viloria, Melindo, Cuadras and most importantly Sor who was a P4P top 3 guy at the time Estrada beat him in their rematch
I see your point about Usyk but he also hasn’t lost since he completed cruiserweight even if those were just 2 fights. He struggled with injuries too so I guess that matters too when they consider it.
I wouldn’t take out Usyk and Estrada, I think they are part of the top 7 and from then everything is up for grabs between those 10 guys I listed. I wouldn’t argue if you put any composition of those 10 to the rest 3 places.
