Where's Suikoden VI??????
I like this guy Wilder............"I have NO days off in training"
Well damn
That's a wrap for Harrison's career
Premature stoppage though, at least give the guy a shot...that's one thing I hate about UK/Euro boxing, stoppages always come quick.
Congrats to Wilder though, that was a good right hand
Your right, but we take our health and safety (in everything within our society) seriously over here. Plus with the number of boxers who've either ended up dead (Bradley Stone), life changing brain injuries (McClellan & Watson) or left in a coma then recovered but career ended. Unheralded light heavyweight Oleksandr Cherviak (11-2-1, 3 KOs) upset previously unbeaten WBO #3, WBA #6, IBF #13 rated Dustin Dirks (27-1, 20 KOs). Dirks was staggered in round two and was in survival mode in round three. In round four Dirks tried to climb back into the fight, but Cherviak slammed the door shut, finally stopping Dirks :51 seconds into round ten.
Former WBA cruiserweight champion Firat Arslan (33-6-2, 21 KOs) outpointed Varol Vekiloglu (20-5-1, 12 KOs) over ten rounds by scores of 98-92, 98-92, 99-91. Workmanlike performance from the 42-year-old Arslan, who is looking to rematch WBO champion Marco Huck.
