Spence did 600K on Showtime and 6 Million on CBS. You can't compare the two. Garcia on FOX will do better numbers than Crawford on ESPN. Look at the Charlo's numbers on both networks, Crawford wasn't even cracking a million viewers on HBO. Garcia vs Malinaggi did over a million viewers on ESPN that would be a better comparison and that was years ago.
Garcia did 1.468 Million vs Adrian Granados (Imagine what he could do with a top 10 opponent on FOX)

Bud has Lopez and Stevenson on his undercard. HBO is similar to Showtime in that it is in less homes than ESPN. Which is why I mentioned the Charlos. Just cause they got more views than Crawford on FOX, doesn't mean they are a bigger draw.
FOX > ESPN > HBO > Showtime
