Top Rank chairman Bob Arum returned home from a trip to Haikou, China, on Thursday and told ESPN that the fight between unified junior welterweight titlist Jose Ramirez and former titlist and mandatory challenger Viktor Postol, who came to terms last week, will take place at a 6,000-seat arena at the Mission Hills Haikou, a golf resort in the Chinese port city of Haikou, the capital of the island province of Hainan. The bout will take place Feb. 1 in U.S. prime time on ESPN time but it will be the morning hours of Feb. 2 in China. Arum and Top Rank COO Brad Jacobs were in China for the past few days finalizing the deal, Arum said. Arum added that Top Rank will add a second world title fight to the show, perhaps Jamel Herring in a defense if he retains his junior lightweight belt against Lamont Roach on Saturday night.

When they said Beterbiev vs Meng might be there that actually made some sense cause... you know one of them is actually Chinese.
Good on Beterbiev though cause now it will probably in the Bell Center and he can possibly sell that out, Beterbiev deserves something like this for a minute.
