slater tore his bicep sparring...getting old does suck..thats why i stopped sparring regularly a while ago...cant be getting these wild ass injuries that could affect my day to day things

Slater strikes me as the type to do some heavy bicep curls prior to sparring and wondering why he got a tear.

Ryan and Logan are good friends, this has nothing to do with canelo.
