Any of the money guys fight other top names in the division first, not necessarily cause they easier than Charlo but because of the "in house" mania
it's more comfortable to them. Like PBC welters and Crawford
But if he's really a free agent though good for him, he can just go fight anyone at any times can't he?
Don't get me wrong though I'm not happy about him being stuck out, I'd be glad seeing Charlo entering the mix, right now what he can do...? Go up 168 where he would be a smaller guy compared to others? Rematch Korobov?
Andrade actually was about to fight BJS, called out GGG, Canelo too. Make whatever you want of that but he called them out.

What is the "outside" if the dudes on the "inside" that's champion(Andrade) not getting fights or attempting to get any other fights against champions other than Canelo

BJS was a champion when Andrade first was about to fight him, Canelo is the only other champion now other than Andrade so...
Andrade hasn't got the big fights yet but at least his name gets brought up often, has a legit belt.
If Charlo is lucky Canelo just randomly picks him to fight cause Canelo is the kind of dude who's up to challenge himself against anyone, if he wants Charlo specifically he probably gets Charlo

Nah he popped dirty...dude blows up to like 200 lbs and has had issues making weight before. I had tickets to bjs vs Andrade cuz it was in my state and so imagine how irritated I was that the fight had to be cancelled and replaced with a new opponent

Jacob's was also champion.. Not to mention all the guys at 154 that was champion when he was still there fighting bums for years.. Great he had a shot with Saunders who he wasn't even trying to fight initially.. I remember him turning down a fight vs Dervyenchenko and calling out Spike O Sullivan..
None of these dudes are trying to fight each other.. They a just waiting around hoping to get picked by ggg or Canelo for a paycheck.. That "side of the steeet" bullshyt is just another excuse fighters you to duck and stall
