My favorite El Pollo fight is when he left Julio Diaz planked vertically on the ropes in the first. I was visiting my late uncle, when he stayed in Fresno, and he wanted to ride down to the casino. I didn't even know that a fight was going on until I saw Goosen-Tutor on the marquee. I bought tickets for us to attend the fight. Something got my attention out the corner of my eye and the next thing I know Jon Schorle was stopping the fight. I missed that savage KO live.

this was after diaz nearly beat angel manfredy...this was supposed to be a tune up..shyt was a mean KO ..el pollo was on the verge of facing cotto for his belt before the retina injury finished him...its a shame he was entertaining as hell to watch

Daniel Jacobs vs. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.? Possibly. Chavez returns from a 27-month layoff to face Evert Bravo on Saturday night in a 10-round light heavyweight bout in San Juan de los Lagos, Mexico. If Chavez wins he could be the next opponent for fellow former middleweight world titlist Daniel Jacobs, who lost his belt to Canelo Alvarez in a title unification bout on May 4 and is moving up to super middleweight for his return to headline a DAZN card on Nov. 16 or Nov 23. The sides have had preliminary talks about the prospect of the bout, a source with knowledge of the discussions told ESPN.

Olajide was fighting with one eye from an injury he suffered in a sparring session in '86 (a reverse Mark Brelend eye pop-out i.e. a pop-in). It's alright though. He's training supermodels nowadays. @patscorpio Are you going to allow this disrespect made against your fellow Naija?

Dude is in stellar shape @ 55.

His brother had serious pop. He was never the same after he broke his leg/ankle when he fought against the prospect killer Mendoza.

I hope J-Rock wins again after what he (Hurd) did to 'Nesto.
