Shouldn’t the champion get the tougher fights?

I’m not a Stan of either of these guys so when I read shyt like this it’s weird as hell.

I know right. Especially when you consider that they both campaigned at the same divisions twice already. Andrade always been Canelo's work first. It was also the only win that could somewhat absolve him of those close ass Trout and Lara fights. But, lowkey cats know there's a possibility that Andrade can make him look bad if they fight, so they wanna pass that work off to someone else. Nah nikka you the champ. You at the top of the sport. Fight Andrade like you were been supposed to.

Just imagine how bad it would have looked if Canelo would have fought Jacobs before GGG did.

Andrade is a better fight and potentially tougher fight ( can never be 100% sure until fight night ) GBP is on some foul shyt though if true. Canelo has more than earned a say in what direction he wants to take.If he doesn't want to fight GGG for a third time then so be it. It's likely best to move on anyways :yeshrug:. Don't backstab your main fighter.

What your saying makes sense without context, shouldn’t you have to do something to earn a shot. Specifically in this case the contender should have to be a top guy in order to get a shot. It’s not like he’s had a run of fights until he got his second shot he’s fought a jobber and back in title contention.

Andrade has a title and is the best challenger available. I don’t understand all of this whining.

Y’all got nyggas on here wanting Canelo to take easy fights. Another nygga said he should sit out and rest, as if 1-2 fights a year is too much. It’s like how did y’all become so soft?

In my mind, all of these nyggas are part time fighters just because growing up, I was accustomed to seeing nyggas actually in the ring. I’ve accepted the 2 fights a year, but don’t go around saying that’s too much.

“But but but why does Canelo, the linear champ with several belts get the harder fight over GGG? Wah wah wah”

You saying nothing but facts, but to answer the bolded.......

We got to this point due to over the top stanning breh. Plain and simple.
Everybody wants to rep the best fighter and keep them at the top so it can reflect on their "boxing eyes" but the truth of the matter is nikkas don't want that feeling threatened, so they'll write justification essays, spin shyt, ignore the obvious, move goal posts, and etc....in order to make excuses for some of these boxers. In addition, they don't apply the same energy to everybody.

That's why you got nikkas saying Thurman ducked Spence even though he was injured for 2 years and Spence literally just got on with the Brook fight, meanwhile will turn a blind eye to GGG being ducked by Sturm, Martinez, Cotto, and even Canelo stalled and fought Khan, Smith, and JCC jr (could have fought Andrade during this time:ufdup:) instead of fighting GGG right away like he said he would.

nikkas bytch and moan about Tank not fighting other champions or better competition, but then turn right around and whine when Canelo has to fight Andrade. :hhh:

This is also why this era will breed a tiny amount of HOF's and barely any ATGs

Too many boxers and fans wanna play fukking managers:manny:

Danny Jacobs too

Yup, he stalled shyt for a bit too, but once he seen Brook have the success he had, he felt like it was time to pull the trigger on that fight.

Another example of nikkas being managers first, and fighters second.

God forbid Spence looks vulnerable against Porter. nikkas gonna be coming out the wood works requesting a fade. :mjlol:

That’s EXACTLY what I was thinking.

Spence is going through exactly what triple g was going through.

A little guy coming up in Garcia like brook did to face the bigger guy everyone is scared of also.

Oh nah I have no problem with what Canelo is doing it’s what GGG-Unot is doing basically chasing red head around like a scorned ex girlfriend instead of fighting interesting fights.
