Since the fight is in the UK, the WBC authorized UKAD to handle the drug testing. UKAD/NDAP/BBBoC didn't inform Team Rivas nor the WBC.

UKAD lets fights go on when you pop before a fight. A court has to determine your guilt/innocence before they issue penalties.
