Paulie probably thought he’d breeze through Artem, win a few more fights enroute to a title and become a star and segue into an Ownership position or some equity etc.if this shyt pops off..

Now he just made himself look like a jackass , strengthened Conor’s claims of washing him in sparring and just made himself look foolish smh.. shoulda just took a fight against one of the Top PBC 147’ers and take a nice payday. Or stand pat as an Analyst( which he’s really good at might add).

Paulie was paid to lose breh reason his ass aint thrown no shots the last two rounds, dnt be fooled, he couldnt be dumb enough to think he could possibly win a decision/knockout with cotton candy as fist that wither at the first sign of moisture........

Man that’s a bad idea from Canelo but I respect that he challenges himself like that. Hope he doesn’t think he will win just cause Kovalev is suspect to body shots. Kovalev is the (significantly) bigger man and he is a very good boxer with a world class jab who knows how to fight at distance and still has serious power. He arguably could beat the other top 175ers, Canelo is a 160er who grew into the division fully not that long ago and looked noticeably smaller than GGG.

He seems to enjoy punching a lot and he has a pretty decent punch for a six-year-old so I'm going to let boxing be his foundation and maybe I'll teach him some takedown defense, escape from dominant positions and scrambling. No submissions at all.....

Fights at his age will be with the hands....

I don't think I'm going to teach him Jiu-Jitsu until he gets ready for middle School
