idk if they have any personal turmoil but I don't think his coach is the one to blame for his loss.
Styles make fights, Hurd did what he always does and always been successful with but Williams was tough enough and skilled enough, not only from range but on the inside too, to defeat him. There was no tactical shortcoming which led to Hurd losing, he just did what he can do the best and it wasn't enough. He likes to say he was a boxer coming up the ranks but he is clearly not that anymore and the last time he tried to box for a few rounds he got worked by a jobber.

50-50-ish fight, but I've got Hooker
It's possible that Ramirez grinds him down but I've never been so much impressed with Ramirez and Hooker looked convincing and as an improved fighter on his last few outings. I like Hooker's precision, boxing and intelligence over Ramirez's toughness and pressure here.
The winner won't beat the winner of Prograis vs Taylor though...
