I think Swift always had power at Welter. Dude just wasn't putting punches together like that to get the most out of his power.
Even tho Granados landed some decent shots early, Swift just kept running those fades and never let dude get himself back into the fight. We all got used to seeing Danny stalk and counter and look nikkas up n down for rounds at a time. Whole vibe was different with Granados. Swift came out letting off M.Bison punches from the opening bell.
