Say brehs, so I'm starting to kinda identify my boxing. I have a good reach (1.85m) for my height 1.78m and I usually like boxing on the back foot, jab a lot and counter people. My jab is my best weapon which as always been my goal and I try to continue to solidiy that fundamental while trying to be more versatile. However, sometimes I also likes being the aggressor above all when I notice my opponent gassing but I'm terrible at combinations (my hooks are utter trash :russ:) so I usually spam 1-1, 1-2 and 1-6 while also spear jabbing the body.

What I lack more is defense (which seems logical as it's harder I guess). I think my movement is not too bad as I seem to have a good distance management and use my footwork to be evasive (actually had some dudes calling me a runner because I wouldn't trade with them as I was content in jabbing their head :manny:). However, my upper body movement is not good enough in my opinion and I tend to shell up when a combo comes to me. What good exercices should I do to improve my upper body movement (not just slips and "ducks" but also moving the upperbody in a way I can make my opponents miss, similarly to a Toney if you know what I mean). I'm obviously not trying to be proefficient there just to improve this part a bit.

Also, I'm a lefty fighting mostly righties.
