nikka why are you quoting me twice on this. Trying to KO Canelo the lineal champ or trying to KO Saunders..most if not all fighters would fight canelo ..so what the fukk are you talking about? :heh:...I see you got winky wright mentality in you lol
Funny enough I think he would have lost to BJS and it would have looked like a more exaggerated version of the first Canelo fight. He would have chased and missed all fight.

from the home of coca-cola, i'm not referring to s
so lets use Deontay Bailey with your line of reasoning as he has a similar situation with the Triple Gawd/Canelo/BJS...what fight will validate him more? Fury - the lineal HW ruler (a fight you scoffed at when initially talked about) or Femi who has unified 3 HW belts?

The fight with AJ becoming undisputed validates him more and I never said otherwise. And Wilder initially perused the fight with AJ until AJ and Hearn started playing games

at that stage I think GGG had his number. Now it may be closer. Triple G is still one accurate mofo :hubie:

BJS saying that GGG could have beaten him and Eubanks Jr on the same night shows you how much dude thought of himself and that fight. Eubanks would later duck GGG allowing for Brook to replace him and BJS be on that bullshyt and doesn't have the best track record when it comes to making quality fights. :manny:

I don't care how outta shape you are or how unfocused you are at the moment, you don't say someone would beat you and your rival on the same night. nikka helped create that boogie man narrative with that type of talking. Like who says that shyt. :what:

BJS tends to fade later in the fight against tougher opponents (Lee, Eubank). Golovkin's stamina isn't that great either recently, he has lapses where he looks tired but still pulls himself together he doesn't just deflate as the fight goes on. That and GGG's higher workrate makes him favor him against BJS still although I think at this point it would be close.

Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury II likely for May 18
WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder says his rematch with Tyson Fury will be taking place in May. Wilder (40-0-1, 39 KOs) doesn’t have a date or venue yet, but Mike Coppinger says he’s hearing May 18 could be the date.

Anthony Joshua and Jarrell “Big Baby” Miller have agreed to terms for June 1 or 8 fight
Anthony Joshua and Jarrell ‘Big Baby’ Miller have reportedly agreed to terms for a fight on June 1 or 8 on DAZN at Madison Square Garden in New York, according to Mike Coppinger. This fight will be IBF/WBA/WBO heavyweight champion Joshua’s first fight in the United States, and it could pave the way for a big mega-fight clash against WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder in the future.

Artur Beterbiev signs with Top Rank
Top Rank has signed IBF light heavyweight champion Artur Beterbiev (13-0, 13 KOs) to a contract, according to Dan Rafael of ESPN. They haven’t made a formal announcement of signing the deal with the 2-time Russian Olympian Beterbiev, but they’re looking to put together a contract for the 34-year-old’s next title defense against #11 IBF Sullivan Barrera (22-2, 14 KOs) for a fight on ESPN.

Dillian Whyte looks like he's gonna be fighting 1 of Brezeale, Ortiz or Povetkin. Think he would beat Brezeale and Ortiz. Povetkin he may struggle more with, but he has the power to probably knock him out also so it's an interesting fight. For his sake I hope he gets Brezeale so they can sort out the mandatory situation. I would love to see Whyte vs Wilder. Obviously Wilder would have to beat Fury first, some think it's a foregone conclusion Fury beats Wilder again (I know he didn't officially but most think he did) but it's a 50/50 to me, Fury is the better boxer but Wilder is a harder punch and the right shots could knock Fury out. Joshua on the other hand, I think he knocks Wilder out, he's a better boxer and also has knockout power, he could potentially embarrass Wilder worse than Fury did, because if Wilder gets too wild and Joshua hits him a few times it could be over, even over early. Taking Joshua shots compared to Fury is a completely different thing.

It's a very interesting time for heavyweights. Joshua vs Fury if they are both undefeated when they meet would be huge. Fury to win would probably have to win on points and not get hit, Joshua would have to be aggressive for the knockout, or at least get some knockdowns to swing it in his favour. Fury won't embarress Joshua like he did Wilder though.
