Am I getting it right that if he can’t fight Fury, Breazeale is the B option for Wilder instead of Joshua? :gucci:
I know unifications trump mandatories but Breazeale has been his mandatory for a minute now. There on the “same side of the street”, personal and vulgar things have been said...That fight has seem destined to take place for a while now :manny:

As much as I didn’t like how Hearn fukked up the AJ vs Wilder fight first I don’t like how Wilder is pulling his feet to fight Joshua now.
People talked about Hearn and AJ overplaying their hands, now it seems Wilder and his team are overplaying theirs. If they think he gonna be a bigger draw than Joshua it’s not likely at all. Also it’s like he would expect everyone to come to him in the US while the 2 biggest draws in the division are from the UK.

It means that Fury is a bigger draw in the UK than Wilder in the US.
I know all about the PPV prive difference but all those 720k dudes watched it at 5 am. Imagine the number if they do it UK prime time.
I disagree with this take entirely. I think Wilder is more popular in the UK then ever given credit for, I think he should fight Whyte next and potentially do a million over there even at the odd time. I also think next time wilder fights he’s doing 500k ppv in the US. That would be close to pacquaio numbers. If I’m Hearn I either offer the 45% or offer Whyte either will make him a lot of money.

I think besides Joshua neither Fury nor Wilder could sell this much against anybody else other than each other.
Wilder is far from being a Pac level draw and imo never gonna get there.

I think at it as while none of them can make this much against anybody else, Brits bought it primarily for their guy, Fury and US audience bought it primarily for their guy, Wilder. It sold 320 k or how much in the States and it sold more than double in the UK. While the name of the opponent was certainly a factor in that all these people bought the fight the draw was "their guy" at the end of the day.
And if it's true that more than 700k ppl bought and watched it at 5am in the UK tells me that Fury is the bigger draw even with counting in UK PPV prices being lower.

Didn't Joshua already KO Dominic? This might end up being like Lewis versus Bowe, a fight that never happened but was the most logical fight to happen.
