You a big dog talking this 50 million shyt, you gotta be in Vegas breh.......You mean to tell me Wilder/Fury doesnt get the billing over those other guy......Given so Its a lie somewhere Haymon, AJ, Wilder scenario....For goodness sakes Fury/Wilder can fill up a stadium overseas, them fighting in LA is a complete fail and its counterproductive to team Wilder in the grand scheme of things....

I feel where you coming from.

LA only works imo if you have Tank vs Mares as the co main event or stack up the card with fighters from that region.

Wilder/Fury has spoiler/stinker potential all over it. You gotta have some good action fights supporting it or that card will bomb.

thats an interesting take but im also of the opinion that you can have big fights not in Vegas all the damn time...really its NYC or Vegas..rinse and repeat....its time for some venue diversification

True, good point

but this is the lineal heavyweight title on the line with 2 undefeated giants. This shyt belonged in Vegas. I'm all for boxing being spread around the country, but they still chose a place that still gets big fights anyways. (Cali)

Fights like Wilder vs (Breazeale or Whyte) could be held anywhere really (ATL, Chicago, FL, D.C. etc...) but I'd still expect a fight on the level of Wilder and Fury to be in Vegas or MSG.

These nikkas better stack that card, especially if its gonna be ppv.

this is my concern...because PBC/Haymon/Showtime falter alot with this shyt like this..like there should be a mininum of 3 fights...some belts need to be on the line..there's too many nikkas who are champions in there that dont have a fight lined up that could be put on display for the masses..exposure to build some stars...wild concept i know :russ:

Agreed.

This shyt need to look like a vintage DON KING production with multiple title fights. Hell, throw Thurman on there with a jobber so he can get the kinks out.

Light heavyweight champion Adonis Stevenson’s 10th title defense, which will come against interim titlist and mandatory challenger Oleksandr Gvozdyk at the Videotron Centre in Quebec City on Dec. 1, will be televised by Showtime in the United States, Showtime Sports president Stephen Espinoza and Stevenson promoter Yvon Michel told ESPN. The fight will take place on the same night that Showtime PPV will televise the Deontay Wilder-Tyson Fury heavyweight title fight card, which will take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, a source with direct involvement in the event told ESPN on Tuesday night. Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas was a strong suitor for the fight as well. To make the television schedule work, Michel said he, Showtime and Premier Boxing Champions officials have been talking about the timing of the shows and that the plan is to have a Showtime telecast begin at 7 p.m. ET with Stevenson-Gvozdyk fighting at about 8 p.m. ET to lead into the start of the pay-per-view at 9 p.m. ET.

Neither of those fights will be on there, Spence vs Garcia is a headliner on its own.

We shall see, I was gone buy the card but if it’s some bullshyt then I’m not watching. I think they have the budget that’s the reason why most those fighters haven’t had a chance to fight. So PBC gone have all these fighters with 1 fight this year. My hope and belief is this card gets stacked.
