You on the high grade OG
Care to expound? Mikey ever been in a close fight? Let alone lost ? He don’t fight weak competition. No Herrera/Peterson’s, no Lara ass close fights so, can you go more in depth breh?

:mjlol:
but he got a point tho. It's just up to pbc to make the right fights.

The only thing Hearn did that was better than Haymon, is he's actually trying to stage his fights across the country which allows the sport to grow and give fans an opportunity to see fights near them, instead of having to fly out to Barclays or Vegas for every fukking fight.
They got fights in Texas too now (Spence, and the Charlos are next), Cali is another spot they use for Scheafers cards. They did one in Chicago for Fonfara but he got KO'ed the first round, :deadmanny:DC too. Barclay is a great spot because all the Trains in NYC pretty much stop around there (money is there, and they def get plenty of mine). I think they did a few cards in Florida too but the turnout wasn't that great. Hearn has to stage them across the country cause everyone else is locking down locations for their fighters. Jacobs went from Barclay to MSG with Haymon, and now MSG theater with Hearn :sas2:.

What locations are they missing?, and What fighters are from there?

Fonfara getting generic joe’d is my 2nd favorite Chicago boxing moment. BeterBeast is the first. Glad to see he’s returning there in a month.

Besides Texas and Cali, no other place gets any type of big name fighter on even a semi consistent basis. Chicago gets a solid card every once in a while but its definitely underused considering the turnouts are usually good. Of course the turnout isn't great in Florida when they mostly get career mode fights or Lara fighting bums on a dog track. Who wanna see that. DC gets good turnouts, but again its underused.

Im just saying PBC can try and build up the 2nd tier markets like Chicago, Florida, hell even ATL a little more. Staging a card once every 2 years ain't gonna cut it if they trying to raise the profiles of their stars.

Wilder should be fighting all over the south. Not just his home state. He has the style and personality to make events anywhere down here if matched right.

We are lucky to even see the guy fight period.

I'm not exaggerating when I say im surprised when these fighters get a fight booked.

The PBC deal doesnt mean squat to me until it addresses its matchmaking issue. Haymon needs to roll out a list of fights that are signed and done within the next 4-6 weeks. Gives something of a fight roadmap to know where these nikkas are heading.
