It's just too much BS. Let's take a guy like Spence. I think his max @ WW is probably 2 titles.
I could see him fighting the winner of Garcia-Porter, and things becoming stagnant to where he's just fighting mandatories.
He'll probably move up before a fight like Spence-Crawford could ever happen.
