Tank is a 130 fighter...he's not moving up to 135 to face Lomachenko.

And Tank is not the best fighter, not named Loma, at 130 & 135 either. I'd rather see Loma vs Mikey Garcia or Robert Easter Jr before a Tank....Tank isn't good enough to even compete with Lomachenko right now.
