Spence is saying he’s a 154 cuz of his hieght, that’s not how it works. He may not have the hieght for 160 but he’s not small and has the size for 160.. it’s like mike Tyson for example, his hieght is not meant for heavyweight but his size was made for heavyweight.

Tyson was a freak...his athleticism & power overcame the height/reach disadvantages he faced every fight.


He was pretty much a 1 of 1. You wont find too many other 5'10 people who could dominate HW. Tyson was a glitch.


If you disagree, name me some elite HWs since 1980 who was 5'10 or shorter
