Shooting somebody on the run I feel like I'm leading them wrong how do you measure??

Depends on which sniper you're using honestly. You have to test em out and see how the bullet drop is on them and how fast their bullet velocity is to get an idea on how much you have to lead your shots.

I JUST STARTED SO I HAVE THE CS-LR4 UNLOCKED AND THE M40A5

It depends on the sniper some of them hit people better when they on the move some are better for stationary targets.Best ones is the SRR-61,M98B,Gol Magnum,M40A5,JNG-90 IMO
