Isn't that an infrastructure problem? Do they have the money like that out there to upgrade their networks?
Where I'm at, mos def. In regards to where I live, we've only one ISP and they've been making money, hand over fist for years without any pressure to provide a better service and it's only until like last year or so they embarked on this half assed "Upgrade" that saw new boxes being put up and wires being braided through the main areas. It hasn't been finished and they've taken to dropping all sorts of mis-information and confusion in terms to when it's gonna be finished so in a sense, it's the same shyt service we are over charged for.
We've recently gotten put on to these Mobile Wifi routers that require a sim card brought about by a cell phone competitor that's been doing pretty good, offering double the speeds at the same price...but again, fukking Busch league bullshyt. It's like being upgraded from eating shyt in a cup all your life to sewerage with sugar sprinkled in it.
I could write an essay with all the shyt that's wrong, but it's just disheartening. The company that once held the Internet monopoly got re-branded and bought by another company and they are going through the motions of promising bullshyt like the last two iterations, but we'll see where that goes.
I know the minute I hit America in August and pull up to that Villa I'm downloading atleast 2 terabytes a day on some outlandish shyt.
You know what it feels like to open up a Youtube video and it doesn't stop your faq ass brother from lagging in League/Overwatch/Whatever the fukk?
I know y'all take that shyt for granted but the minute I do a speed test and that shyt goes BEYOND 10MB
