Unpopular Opinions About Battle Rap
oh man, see....she does muthafukkas dirty, lol. if y'all seen this judge before then y'all know she will catch a body in that courtroom.
Judge millian with the Clipse vs Rex body Bag
It's for no showing a battle rap event. I'm CRYING
Judge Milian hit him with that:
And yo broke ass ain’t have a DIME!!
That don’t plague yo MIND?
Yo league wasnt legitmate!
It was just another....lost...venture
Interesting point but I think the current battle rappers are a bit more arrogant . The older ones trying to cash out as they weren't paid like folks are being paid now and deserve their bread and it was Mook mentioning on camera how much he got vs Iron Solomon that caused an uproar of battle rappers demanding more pay. Twork favorite battle rapper growing up was Surf but his lack of discipline and arrogance cost him and other rappers back then had to wait for a while to battle to vets. Now it's much easier if your nice to battle a known battle rapper. I was surprised when Verb credited Loaded Lux for giving him that look reaching out to St Louis rappers like hitman, verb and them even cosign Tsu surf to some degree. Eazy does good promo by having his channel and made the mixtape calling out battle rappers, is an exception well he is new on the big stages but many new battle rappers don't promote, marketing as they should be doing like promo videos etc ... I remember when Verb, goodz, dna these dudes used to make videos before the battle .they already got the name and have side business but new battle rappers got to grind it out on the promotion tip to stand out . Can you imagine if Twork gave 100% , wasn't having anxiety, and had better discipline, he could've easily beat Geechi and all those guys in those big key matches and imagine how much more money and side deals etc, sponsors ,features, club etc..Anwar as his recent manager seem like a level headed dude and in good terms with the battle rap Elites like JayBlac and URL/Smack and don't seem the type that's going to be in the hood vibe that Twork is attracted to as distraction. We shall see how it progresses but.....no idea what this means but i love that the most naturally annoying nikka in battle rap (Serius and TODD close behind) is getting these looks you just know all the other vets mad as shyt behind the scenes that Mr. Debatable won 3 battles and took over the game after strong-arming a analyst spot on caffeine to shyt on them whenever he wants
I can't laugh at Rex, I live in Harlem and there are a lot of people just wandering around looking for conflict. Not sure if this is that, but it happens a lot.
Mentally ill people up here have become much bolder. Taking my son to school this morning there was a homeless woman trying to light a blunt in my train car. And now a lot of fiends are going into the train stations specifically to shoot heroin.
Y'all ain't gotta cry for me or Rex just giving y'all the other side of it. Telling your kid what to do in the event daddy gets into a fight with a dusty stranger is wack.
fam she told the nikka HE was a battler and was acting like a soft hoe i know his soul was on fireYo this is too funny lmao.
has nothing to do with my point about how surf USED to be viewed by the other vets and now they can't say shyt to him has nothing do with the newer gen of battlers at all. Calicoe in there calling that man C'easleyInteresting point but I think the current battle rappers are a bit more arrogant . Including the battle rap females freaks on redditnot for nothing i was just thinking about this, every single day we got so many people just willing to pop shyt live online all day about battlerap to entertain us between events the amount of shyt we know about these people is wild
to be fair ,The culture was holding Lux and Mook nuts when them nikkas was only peaking they head in once a decade. Surf is contributing to battle rap on a DAILY basis, and also making sure he puts in the work on the stage to back it. I'm not a Surf fan, but I'm not a hater either. You gotta give that man his credit for what he's doing TODAY.
My fault I realize you don't care about battle rap history like most fans three years in .by not reading the post in it's entirety but that's cool. The long explanation is why the Surf Mook lux and Smack situation is different.has nothing to do with my point about how surf USED to be viewed by the other vets and now they can't say shyt to him has nothing do with the newer gen of battlers at all. Calicoe in there calling that man C'easley
you rebuttaled my post with a mixtape round
