The easy correlation is being able to put words together and sound convincing, and generally speaking having no fear of talking to others, being able to sell yourself. Having the gift of gab.

Delivery, confidence, timing and structure. I've done public speaking and the crowd control aspect is damn near the same if battle rap is anything to by. Majority of the "real talk" battlers would be god tier in that lane also, as they have a story to tell.
