All the RBE battles i ever watched were dudes who got dropped for URL or had beef with their staff
Always seemed like ARP was just picking up the scraps and making the best out of it not actually curating his roster like that, dude doesnt even have any known homegrown battlers to my knowledge

I got what you meant. I think its fukked up that a lot of URL fans will bytch about jokes but those same fans will laugh about some wild shyt Bill Collector, Dot, Qleen, and a few others will do in battles.
Give or take a few from Canada, yeah. They're top folks like Bender (rest in pace), Loe Pesci, Pat Stay, Charron, and a few others showed they can rap and don't always give you just jokes. Once they took on more of the talent from the west that were heavy on Grind Time (Dizaster, Thesaurus, Illmaculate, Dumbfoundead, etc) and some of the guys from URL that couldn't break with them (like Head ICE, Cortez, Math, etc) or because KOTD wanted them on their platform (Charlie Clips, Conceited, Hitman, T-Rex)...we saw more of shift. But the bigger names on there though...are the ones with the jokes.
I feel like RBE has covered some of the ground that URL didn't want to cover or looked over. I think the fact that ARP has been able to connect with other leagues on a cool level has worked in his favor as well. RBE still has some way to go but bringing back the heavy hitters like Mook, Mills, 40, and some others is working for them. They haven't cried like they've lost a shytload of money so they must be doing something right.
Kind of a hyperbole point to make, lol. You act like some of their biggest battles were just polite and all jokes.
I know what battle you are talking about tho. They couldn't have done more of those.

Both those battles are objectively entertaining. nikkas said the same thing about DOT early on then he started cookin and became must watch status cuz no one else was doing what he brought to the tableNah. We know we dont want them.
if you like that, it’s cool, but that’s not the type of shyt I want to see on the URL.
You mention Pat Stay, but dude is an Anomaly. No one can do what he does at a high level.

Them nikkas wanna speak for all the fans. fukk all that. I get what you mean because I saw DOT battle in person and yo I got to say...that little muthafukka controlled the room when I saw him. And from what I recalled...he doesn't choke...he has stayed consistent and etc. One thing I am not as clear on are all of his wins and losses. Regardless, he has always been a stand out.

I'd be bored as hell as a battler doin the same shyt every time, im fully convinced they dont do it because they pens arent that versatile or they think drunk ass crowds wont appreciate it and that's fine, if they wanna stick to one thing, then match em up against someone who has a completely different approach so fans get a bit of everything
And before anyone types out the Qleen line, that nikka has more jokes in his rounds than the majority of url battlers, that aspect of his style goes against the whole premise of what he was sayin against rosenburg
Seems like only guys like lux and hollow give a high level rounded performance every battle with gun bars only when it's a legit haymaker
