I think the main difference here is the other two really had no idea how battle rap worked and thought because they had money they didn't need to know the ends and outs of how it worked. The difference here is Caffeine is just financing Smack and actually letting the people who operate the biggest battle league deal with booking battles, venues, events etc.

Shady and Alki both would've or could've worked if they would've actually just financed Smack instead trying to do it themselves.
