This may have cost Ave Champion of the year. He needed a great showing against Twerk to get that final push.

According Jay Blac, the Top 6 were: Ave, JC, Geechi, K Shine, Danny Myers, Ill Will.
If Geechi comes with it tomorrow, I think he wins.
Ill Will is looking good too.
I don't really think JC or K Shine have done enough this year to win.
And even with the rumors of Danny beating Hollow, those two terrible performances with those chocks hurt his chances.

I hate to say it because I don’t even dislike him but if Ave is a top contender for COTY then we’re in a boring place

he does everything right and hardly anything exciting. He’s like the tutorial on a battle rap video game

On "strength of schedule", Danny is up there, too. Imma keep it real, if that Stuey battle didn't happen, or he 30d him like he was supposed to, I'd have him winning hands down. That's the only real arguement against him, if you consider the past two champions had clear losses and chokes. He had more battles than everyone, arguably won all of them besides Pass and Stuey, has two BOTY contenders, bodied a former COTY, 30d a god tier, and beat another god tier if you consider Dizaster that (I don't, but some do). I think you can let one slide (Pass, which I heard he went crazy because he didn't want to get killed, and he's no slouch to begin with).

But yes, Geechi will probably win. He is The Chosen One, despite losing some of these battles everyone is going crazy for. He's almost the new Surf, where people will gloss over shyt or flat out deny it in his favor.

Maybe if Ill Will had more and bigger plates, he could, but he doesn't get that kind of respect, which is bullshyt. GREAT year.
