Facts are facts. Surf has tons of L's. But he sells every fight. He literally made me interested in him vs reed when i dubbed that battle the moment it was announced. You can't teach that.

Dude, every once in a while...you'll show some signs of some common sense.
But when it comes to Surf, dude...you act like the dude can't do any wrong. No one can ever ever ever have a logical conversation with you about his fukk ups and how much he has talked when he doesn't produce to the level that he claims he has. Hell, my favorites like Danny Myers, when he fukks up...I do not hesitate to be like c'mon man. You like the star status and all that, fine. You’re upset and bytch because I (and others, this is not a singular thing) say Surf won the two rounds against T Top and Nitty in battles where he didn’t spit a third. The thing is though people don't give him his wins either. He beat top and nitty with 2 rounds and people hate to hear that but he did. And he lost to rex and verb but like......... Hitman lost to calicoe and no one brings that up. Nitty lost to Rex and no one brings that up. But people love to bring up rex and verb losses for Surf when it's clear those matches didn't mean much.

The way i always looked at surf is at his a game whoever he battling can they really beat him? 8/10 the answer is no. We also need to understand we as the fans are looking at this as fans. Surf is a amazing talent looking at this with the knowledge that he's a amazing talent. We hate that he's battling reed but his reasoning for it makes all the sense in the world from a business standpoint. He very well can get 20k for a JJDD battle. Why the hell would he take that for his back end of the loaded hollows battle to please us???

Nope, I go by the rule of finishing your rounds. Period. Don't care who you are. And I don't know about you all but if I hear a battle should be 3 rounds on both opponents, I go by that. There is no this opponent will only spit 2 rounds and the other opponent will spit only 3 rounds. Or at least try to get to 3 rounds. Get to those 3 rounds depending on what happened, you can probably get a win from me. If Surf did only one rounders, I wouldn't trip. LOL.
And I count every loss tho. You might be like "well it was on this league" and etc., nah, a loss is still a loss. The weight of it, you can determine. But its there. Its recorded. Its on YouTube.

I feel you. And i honestly wish the battle rap fanbase felt the same. But the fact is they/we/hell even me don't. I don't necessarily follow the narrative of "if it's not on url it don't count" but it's clear as day what battles mean something and what battles don't.

I know y'all nikkas may not see eye to eye with me on this shyt. And maybe its the old school shyt I came from where in a battle you took a win or a loss or it was even no matter where you wer eat. But these weird ass politics and fanbases to cover up losses or change around a narrative for a win don't phase me. I try to be fair. And actually, I thought Surf was dope against Conceited and arguably got it 2-1 but its close. And I agree he got Hitman 2-1 (don't care if Hitman talks tho; no rule saying he can't).
