Like I said in the other thread Lux is my GOAT but Lux hasn't killed anyone besides Miles and maybe Calicoe depending on your perspective. I have him clearly beating Clips and Hollow and edging Ars and Verb and losing to Mook. But there's a large group of fans that have him losing all those battles too. They're debatable.

Lux battles too infrequently to get a good grasp of how he should be battling and what the fans want.

Lux is the most talented/highest potential in battle rap imo, but he rarely shows it. His flex freestyle is arguably one of the best verses in the last 5-10 years, full of great wordplay and punchlines and he was getting to them quickly. But when he battles, he's back to these long build ups that are well written but aren't for this era of battling. He really needs a sparring partner from this era, Hollow is perfect because the 2 on 2 is more of how he should be rapping now. He needs to run his shyt by Hollow and Twork (since they seem to have a relationship) and not fukking Head Ice and his Blood friends.

I agree, Hollow seems to be the best sparring partner for Lux. And :Malik: @ Ice and his Blood friends. Sounds like a web series

I feel like Lux doesn't regard most battles opinions his stuff that highly to want to spar with a lot of them, esp the new guys, he's kinda like Cass but not nearly as trash.

Hitman/Lux has debatable written all over it if it were to happen.

It amazes me you guy still act as if Lux is just this dominant battle rapper. He’s definitely capable of going outer space, but he hasn’t done it in years man.

His last 2 battles sucked.

Battle was super underwhelming but I feel Rex's material was better . Even though his delivery was kinda sloppy.

Lux says a lot of really cold shyt but he doesn’t delivery it right for this era and he takes too long to get to the punch. He has a lot of great writing in his rounds but it looks better on paper than it does performed. I’ll give you an example from the Verb battle

“I wrote the code, you think you over load but your system just in shock”

That line is crazy but he didn’t say it right and put emphasis on it properly and so it got no reaction. He does this a lot btw.

“When you gotta show the team he rap to, (Raptor) Godzilla nikka, high builder
But dig this
Cause for me this is comin' down a notch”

A hypothetical situation where you made up how we would respond in your head, that's your rebuttal? that doesn't even qualify as a real response



Lux just hasn't been as good in these past few battles. With his style of rapping his rounds are either soul snatching or a straight up waste of time.

It's like a halfcourt shot, and he aint been hittin them shyts lately, like other nikkas said already he has no idea how to pace or even string together his punches right now which is kinda crazy

If Lux couldn't come up with a powerful angle for Verb, then I really don't see what he's gonna do with Hitman
