These battlers are just dumb.

The only guy that came back with any sort of strategy with opponent selection was Iron Solomon.

He started out with an easy, safe tuneup battle with Daylyt, and continued to select his opponents wisely. He eventually found his groove and got acclimated to this era.

Well King Los also tried, as he attempted to battle Daylyt.

Daylyt is like the safest battle out there. Good lyricist, but I don't view him as a good, effective battle rapper.

These other guys come in delusional and just battle anybody, which produces bad battles.
Iron came back and had one of the worst battles in history

Iron battled Mook on his return  but I agree with you for the most part, battled coming back gotta work their way back up. Not everyone can be Lux or Ms Fit

Nygga, I'm talking about his recent return, years after the Mook battle. Don't you remember he had a hiatus after the Mook battle?

As far as Lux, he's not a consistent battle rapper. He's very hit or miss, because he's not active.

Illmac is the greatest battle rapper that hasn't been on Smack yet. He wouldn't be all that crazy on a stage, but why not throw him a One off?
They should do it for the culture in 2020.

Illmac in a Volume is smoking most battle rappers. I personally think a lot of people don’t want to battle him after seeing how he was able to adjust and battle JC on RBE.

We've seen the "hiatus" after shytty performance" before

That shyt don't count as no second coming :camby:

That was a come back. If you're gone for over 3 years, it's a come back, whether you choose to believe it or not.

Hell, everytime Mook battles, it's a comeback, because the gap is so huge between the battles.

Hell, Mook didn’t even learn from his Solomon battle. He spit that 20 minute third against Verb. :snoop:

LOL. We keep agreeing on shyt lately. What's going on? :russ:

And you are so right about that.

And for the record, Diz’s argument of “Any rapper that enforces a time limit is a coward” is trash. The only reason Diz likes unlimited rounds is because he’s too lazy to do quality control and actually make concise rounds on a consistent basis. There’s a reason why typically loses battles where he’s not allowed to ramble. Even his Schrodinger’s Cat/parallel universe angle (which was fire) against Danny isn’t possible if he’s limited to 3-4 minutes.
