Say man, not starting an argument with ya. But I like that you champion for Cass but we gotta keep it a buck...he has to show us he can step it up in the ring with the newer classes and eras. And hell, I want him to. I think he always had a bars. But ya know...he gotta give us more than that, too. If he won't do that with Arsonal, I don't know what we're doin' with Cass for real. No doubt, no shade. But the promo energy gotta match that energy in the ring. Its like me with Soul Khan...I'm boosted he's back but if he don't show us he can go in on Diz with this new shyt, I don't know what to do with him at that point.

Side note, I can't lie...I called Surf T-S-U thinking it was some Tennessee State University shyt. Lol.

Yeah I think so as well. One of the few on KOTD that could give us top level material like Bender (rest in peace) and Illmac. Which made me fukk with them as a league, tbh. I just want him to do good like every vet/O.G. returning. From Jae Millz to Cass. All them.

Surprised. I remember Soul Khan saying he didn't wanna battle because he was tired of spitting negativity. Interested to see how he actually approaches this battle. There was a point I could've senior semi hype for this battle but I got low expectations for this now to be honest.

If anything, his music shows where he's at mentally. He hasn't lost a step as far as rapping. But he knows in a battle he has to approach it different. I kinda understand his thinking when he's not in battle mode and he just is always on that type time. Forcing him to separate himself from it altogether. With him returning...we have to treat him like any of the vets and wait and see what he's got. From that FDS interview, he's kept up for a bit it sounds like.

Depends how dna comes with it. I can go either way. Same with suge. It’s risky though to me cuz you don’t know if you gonna get complete duds with them two. I see geechi winning the whole shyt and being the crowd favorite for some reason.

that doesn't bother me as much but i get it. he might have to try out a few things and see what works and what doesn't. especially performance wise. i'll root for him just to show us he can step it up and not oversell what he can do. feel me? Oct. 6th man. we'll see what happens.

I knew Joe was gonna bullshyt and cop pleas when it came to Clips.

And Clips' point still went over his head.

Charlie's gripe wasn't about top 5 rankings in battle rap. All he did was correct Joe on that "Clips had a year plus run and then fell off" take, which couldn't be further from the truth.

this is a BET crowd. DNA is probably the best one equipped to cater that crowd on that list. You’re letting your dislike for him cloud your judgement. There’s a reason he’s one of the most viewed battlers.

This is dumb and highlights my point. So Surf ducked Math and Ice but willingly battled Hollow fresh out, Hitman Holla, Conceited, Clips during his run, Rex, Roc, Nitty, Factlr, Big T, etc, etc., but he's scared of Iron Solomon? Just because Battler A didn't battle Battler B, particularly when they're level ahead of them in the eyes of the general public, doesn't mean they're ducking. Surf has literally battled the majority of the elite battlers, why would he be ducking those 3? Let me guess, he's ducking JC and Cortez too.
