You’re both right in that H street used to be fukked up not too long ago and that it’s now been transformed into hipster land. It was voted in Forbes magazine (or the NYTimes or one of them shyts) one of the 10 coolest neighborhoods in America not too long ago, and that’s only something that happens when a whole bunch of black people have been displaced in a neighborhood.
