Rex made Bill look goofy, why was Bill bringing up Mook? You can't sit across from T-Rex and tell him you joined the Loud Boys.
Outside of maybe the DNA battle, Rex's angles are always better in an argument. The Philly crowd will be receptive to his "real talk" but Bill is capable of a showstopper 3rd. Bill has to focus on getting through his last 2 clean, but we see Rex can get him off his game. Rex is also very strict with time limits, so again he could throw Bill off.

At the very least I’m only as biased for Surf as you are biased against Surf.
and let's not forget that nice ole bias you got against Verb either too.
and at least i kept it real about Surf. not finishing his rounds makes me less of a fan when he battles.

but when he does good, like he did against Geechi, i don't knock him.
