I definitely understand where he's coming from. He's just saying that he can lyrically beat all of those names he listed, and the ones he said he didn't wanna battle he just feels are probably lyrically above him. I do find it funny JC was on the list of guys who don't rap well enough for him though. It's battle rap though, anybody can beat anybody (relatively) if you play to whatever your strength is.
Edit: Even though literally every battler he named would destroy him just based off of performance alone. He'd be better off trying to do an audio battle like Ab Soul and Daylyt.
